OpenSeaMap-dev:SMED

SMED is a GUI working in JOSM for mapping nautical and water sport tags.
Scripted by Werner and Malcolm.

SMED is the successor of the early Seamark-editor-plugin built for JOSM.

SMED will be replaced in the middle of 2014 ba the new SMED-2.

SMED is added by JOSM-presets (which will be integrated in the new SMED-2 too).
