Raster charts
There is a possibility to use OsmAnd with OpenSeaMap-raster-charts:
Menu: Map layers -> Map source -> Define/Edit -> Name: Openseamap URL: http://tiles.openseamap.org/seamark/{$z}/{$x}/{$y}.png --> Save Then choose: Map layers -> Map source: "Openseamap" and: Map layers -> Underlay map: "Mapnik" or a map which you prefer.
