Done
Works fine with OpenSeaMap raster charts from the web:
- webbased charts works fine
- each visited chart in the visited zoom level will be cached
after the visited charts are available offline from the cache - split screen works
- user defined settings can be stored
so we can offer a predefined "OpenSeaMap-setting"
Not tested:
- AIS should work
ToDo
Split screen
For the existing split screen, we need a nautical version: Split screen
NMEA by WLAN
The app should be able to receive NMEA-Data by WLAN, e.g. by the NMEA-Logger, for displaying the data on the split screen.
For AIS this works already --> testing the AIS-function.
NMEA-Logger
NMEA-Data from the bus (NMEA-0183, NMEA-2000, Seatalk-NG) should be stored by the tablet, e.g. by the NMEA-Logger
Vector charts
Implementing a vector renderer, building the needed charts.
