There are several Apps serving iOS for iPad and iPhone:

Rivers & Seas is available as a public beta for iPhone and iPad through TestFlight.

OpenSeaMap navigation marks together with OpenStreetMap
Seascape marine depth view and satellite imagery
available AIS targets on the map; internet AIS and an onboard receiver can be combined
on supported inland waterways worldwide, bridges, locks, and vessel traffic ahead are ordered automatically while cruising
European Notices to Skippers from EuRIS are evaluated and shown along the waterway ahead where available
public beta free; one fixed purchase price instead of a subscription is planned for the finished app
